At Outlet Shop For Kids, we want you and your little ones to be completely happy with your purchase. If a size isn't right or you've changed your mind, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log into your account or visit our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Ensure all garments are in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached before placing them securely in a shipping satchel.

  Ship It Back

  Print your generated return label and drop the package off at any authorized postal location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
